1 Payments are due within 7 days after receipt of invoice. Invoices are payable without deduction depending on the agreement by bank transfer to the bank account specified in the invoice. If the contracting party is in default, Csery is entitled to charge interest at the rate of 3.5% per month on outstanding invoices from the relevant date.
2 For longer bookings, a deposit in the amount of 50% of the expected sales volume is required before the start of the service.
3 Payment is only deemed to have been made when Csery Company can dispose of the amount claimed.
4 If the contractual partner does not meet his payment obligations, stops his payments, or if the Csery Company becomes aware of other circumstances that question the creditworthiness of the contractual partner, the Csery Company is entitled to call due the entire remaining debt. In this case Csery is also entitled to demand advance payments or securities.
5 In case of default of payment Csery is furthermore entitled to withdraw from all contracts not yet listed.

In the case of bookings of outward and return journeys (generally cash payments), or credit cards of any kind, the total amount of which is to be paid already after the first transfer has taken place.
